Standup  Comedian

Rozarina Larsen is a standup comedian, writer, and amateur actor currently based in Malmo. She describes herself as a serial expat, a part-time wife, a loving mother, and a workaholic who thinks she is funny.

Rozarina Larsen (She/her) is a Malaysian female writer, standup comedian, and actor based in Sweden since 2015. She started her love affair with the stage when she turned 40 - some people call it a mid-life crisis, but she calls it “finally finding herself”. Conquering her fear of public speaking and English not being her first language, she took on the challenge of writing her own comedic materials and continued performing after her move to Malmo, Sweden. To date, Rozarina has performed at comedy clubs across Europe including the UK, The Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Iceland, and Scotland. She has also opened for some of the well-known names in stand-up scenes in Europe. 

In 2020 she premiered her first-hour comedy solo: Asian Invasion (later rebranded Asian Persuasion) in Copenhagen. In 2022 she toured with Asian Persuasion 2.0 in several European cities. Previous festivals attended Zulu Comedy Festival (DK/2019) with Female Features: Funny Women, Lund Comedy Festival (Grand Slam 2021).

1 hour-solo show at the Reykjavik Fringe (2022), Camden Fringe (2022 & 2023), Glasgow International Comedy Festival (2023) and Edinburgh Fringe (2023).
